We provide vending machines, micro markets, AI smart coolers, office coffee, and related refreshment services to qualifying businesses. Submitting a form or requesting a quote is a request for a consultation — it is not a binding agreement. Any placement of equipment or services is governed by a separate written service agreement.
Availability, equipment, product selection, and any zero-upfront-cost or subsidized arrangements depend on factors such as location, foot traffic, and headcount, and are confirmed during your consultation. We do not guarantee eligibility or placement.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Texas Vending Service (a d/b/a of Refresh Logic LLC) related to your inquiry and our services, including service updates, appointment scheduling, quotes, and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and use our SMS/text messaging program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Vending Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
